Google's User Voice AI/ML team, part of the Data Engineering and Back-end Infrastructure (DEBI) team within gTech Users and Products Engineering, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their innovative team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining the Feedback model serving and ML platform work that supports the Feedback and User Voice ecosystem.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale external and internal facing products within infrastructure, handling vast amounts of data to represent user voice and advocate for their needs. As a team member, you'll be responsible for onboarding Feedback ML infrastructure and contributing to a multi-year roadmap to build the next generation of user feedback products.
The role combines technical expertise in machine learning with practical software engineering skills. You'll work on critical applications and infrastructure to support the ML platform, focusing on robust model serving and reducing time to train/deploy models. The Feedback suite of products is considered a Google Primitive, used by various Google teams to collect, annotate, and analyze user feedback.
Working in gTech Users and Products (gUP), you'll be part of a mission to create helpful and trusted experiences across Google's product ecosystem. The team provides comprehensive support and product services, ensuring products are optimized for users worldwide through localization, digitization, and partner integration.
