Software Engineer, User Voice AI/ML, gTech

Google's User Voice AI/ML team, part of gTech Users and Products Engineering, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Data Engineering and Back-end Infrastructure (DEBI) team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining the Feedback model serving and ML platform work that supports the Feedback and User Voice ecosystem. The position involves working with large-scale external and internal facing products within infrastructure for ingesting, labeling, analyzing, and surfacing vast amounts of data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding Feedback ML infrastructure and contributing to a multi-year roadmap to build the next generation of user feedback products. This role is crucial as the User feedback is a Google Primitive, with multiple Google teams relying on Feedback suite of products to collect, annotate, and analyze user feedback within their products.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $136,000-$200,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires strong technical skills in ML infrastructure, software development, and data structures, along with excellent collaboration abilities to work with various teams and stakeholders.

Working in gTech Users and Products (gUP), you'll be part of a team dedicated to advocating for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. The team meets partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with product partners and proposing improvements that enhance engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem.
