  • Build up and manage a team of engineers working on Chrome identity across mobile and desktop platforms
  • Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals
  • Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching
  • Make direct technical contributions to critical components of the projects
  • Manage workload to maximize impact, prioritize multiple concurrent projects, and refine timelines with stakeholders as needed
  • Represent the team and work closely with PM/UX peers to define/refine the product requirements and lead their execution

  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin C++, Python, C)

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction (preferred)
