Requirements For Software Engineering Manager, Finance Works Core
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 2 years of experience in people management/team leadership role
- 3 years of experience building tools that improve development velocity, code quality, or code health
- Experience with cross-functional, cross-team, or cross-geography projects
- Experience in Enterprise tooling and technology
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
