Google Cloud is seeking a Software Engineering Manager II to lead and grow engineering teams in Warsaw, Poland. This role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can both guide technical vision and develop talent.   • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals

  • Develop mid-term technical vision and roadmap within the scope of teams
  • Design, guide and vet systems designs, and write product or system development code
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices

  • 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
