Google Cloud Storage is seeking a Software Engineering Manager II to lead their actionable reliability team. This role focuses on improving the reliability of GCS serving stack, a highly scalable, distributed Object Store. The position involves establishing accurate end-to-end measurement of serving stack health, designing mechanisms to discover production issues, and building attribution frameworks to reduce resolution time.

As a leader at Google, you'll be responsible for setting team priorities and developing technical vision while managing and coaching team members. The role requires strong technical expertise in distributed systems and infrastructure, combined with proven leadership experience.
