- Lead a team of more than 8 strong engineers at all levels building the infrastructure behind Cloud's latest offering
- Work with product teams to translate their platform, tooling and infrastructure needs into project roadmaps
- Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, product managers and other teams to create, deliver and evolve high-quality products
- Grow, coach and mentor engineers and engineering managers to build a healthy team culture
Requirements For Software Engineering Manager, Titan Platform Serving
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 2 years of experience in people management/team leadership role
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
- Experience working in a matrixed organization (preferred)
