The ideal candidate will work closely with Google's Cloud AI Engineering teams to develop and enhance products, while also collaborating with partners including ISVs, SaaS vendors, and System Integrators. They will be responsible for building conversational interfaces and virtual agents using core Google products such as Dialogflow, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, Insights, and Contact Center AI Platform.
Key responsibilities include leading technical pilots, delivering product messaging, and serving as a trusted advisor on Conversational AI products. The role involves travel to customer sites for consulting and implementation of solutions. The position requires strong technical skills in Python and experience with chat-bots or voice-bots, combined with excellent communication abilities to engage with various stakeholders.
