As a Solutions Architect, you'll serve as a trusted advisor on Conversational AI products, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Engineers. The role involves travel to customer sites for consulting and implementation of solutions. You'll need strong technical skills in Python and experience with all phases of Machine Learning project delivery, combined with excellent communication abilities to engage with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in both software development and customer-facing roles, with specific expertise in building chat-bots or voice-bots.
