Google Cloud is seeking a Specialist Partner Engineer IV specialized in AI/ML to drive partner ecosystem growth and support. This senior role requires 10 years of cloud architecture experience and deep expertise in AI/ML technologies. You'll work at the intersection of technical leadership and partner enablement, helping partners leverage Google Cloud's AI/ML services to innovate and grow.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $186,000-$261,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll be based in one of several major tech hubs across the US, working with a global team to shape the future of cloud AI/ML solutions.

Your responsibilities will span technical enablement, solution architecture, and partner development. You'll lead efforts to help partners prototype and demonstrate integrations, guide technical assessments, and develop best practices. The role requires both deep technical expertise in cloud and AI/ML technologies, as well as strong business acumen to work with partners and stakeholders at all levels.

Key technical areas include experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), AI accelerators, model architectures, and cloud migration. You'll need to understand enterprise architecture, security, and networking concepts while being able to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Enable partners in prototyping and demonstrating product integrations
  • Guide customers through assessments of their existing legacy application environments
  • Recommend and review integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure
  • Work with Partner Managers and Partner Engineers to identify and recruit partners
  • Build technical assets, collaborate with partners to develop Google Cloud-specific solution documentation
  • Scale customer wins through partners by promoting the partner with account teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud architecture in a partner-facing or support role
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Experience designing and building architectures and migrating workloads to cloud environments
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies (frameworks for deep learning, AI accelerators, model architectures, or using machine learning APIs)
