Staff Epitaxy Process Engineer

The position requires deep expertise in manufacturing processes, particularly in Epitaxy growth engineering, and the ability to develop and optimize processes for volume manufacturing.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, requiring collaboration across multiple teams including Operations, Software, and Engineering. You'll be responsible for developing strategies for process stability, improving yield, and solving complex materials and device issues. The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $165,000-$245,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
