Responsibilities For Staff Hardware Engineer, Quality Systems, Raxium

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with ISO 9001 requirements
  • Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Development Engineering teams to implement quality systems
  • Develop training programs to support the Quality Management System processes
  • Manage and perform Internal Audit programs
  • Identify, implement and manage the document control process

Requirements For Staff Hardware Engineer, Quality Systems, Raxium

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in leading Quality Management Systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Experience in leading a quality certification and internal quality audits
  • Experience with International Quality Standards (ISO9001 etc.) and in managing compliance with these standards
