Google Search is seeking a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher to help reimagine what it means to search for information. As a Quantitative UX Researcher, you'll be part of Google's User Experience (UX) team, working alongside UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. You'll investigate user behavior and needs using empirical research methods such as logs analysis, survey research, path modeling, and regression analysis. The role requires expertise in behavioral research design, statistical methods, and programming to improve user experience. You'll work directly with stakeholders across functions and levels, having impact at all stages of product development. The position offers opportunities to work with and learn from UXRs across Google through regular meetups, mentor programs, and access to internal research tools.
