Google is seeking a Staff Software Developer to join their Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Multitenancy team. This role is crucial in building solutions for first-party Google teams to develop multi-tenant platforms that optimize latency and cost efficiency. As part of Google Cloud, which serves customers in over 200 countries, you'll work on strategic efforts to push GKE's capabilities to new heights.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in software development, distributed systems, and cloud computing, with particular expertise in containerization and Kubernetes. Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
  • 5 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
  • 5 years of experience in distributed cloud computing
  • 3 years of experience in containerization and container orchestration technologies such as GKE
