Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, Calibration and Spatial Sensing

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions
  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Develop next generation components within spatial sensing and calibration for the Augmented Reality (AR) Team
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and drive algorithmic design and implementation
  • Initiate, contribute, or lead new research collaborations with partner teams

Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, Calibration and Spatial Sensing

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
  • 5 years of experience with computer vision
  • 5 years of experience leading to machine learning design and optimizing machine learning infrastructure
  • Experience with stakeholder management
