As a Staff Software Engineer for Gmail Communications and iOS Core, you will lead a team of software engineers on highly visible efforts, including modernizing Gmail's Core UX in the composer and conversation view. You will work across teams to improve Gmail at large, lead product engineering teams on user-facing and data-driven features at scale, and analyze experiment results to drive iteration of product features. Your role will involve providing technical guidance to the team, building an inclusive and supportive environment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the Gmail communications and core roadmap.
