  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, UX researchers, and UI partners
  • Perform content audits, including gap analysis, metrics analysis
  • Mentor and support other writers across the Data Analytics, Databases, and Storage teams
  • Collaborate with other functions to research customer needs and plan content
