Staff UX Designer

Google User Experience (UX) is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to creating industry-leading products that deliver value for users and Google's businesses. As a Staff UX Designer in the Labs group, you'll be part of a team focused on incubating early-stage efforts to advance Google's core products through exploration and new technologies. You'll work on creating innovative solutions that transform how users interact with Google, following the premise "Focus on the user and all else will follow."

The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. You'll utilize user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading experiences from concept to execution, while leveraging and evolving the Google design language.

Labs is specifically focused on discovering and creating new ways to advance core products through exploration and application of new technologies. The team works on building solutions that have the potential to transform user interactions with Google, driving innovation through new products and capabilities that deliver significant impact over longer timeframes.
