Description For Staff UX Designer

Google is seeking a Staff UX Designer to join their Labs group, which focuses on incubating early-stage efforts to advance Google's core products. This role is part of Google User Experience (UX), a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to creating industry-leading products that deliver value for users and Google's businesses.

As a Staff UX Designer, you'll work on complex design challenges, focusing on making intuitive and easy-to-use experiences for billions of users worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers to create innovative solutions that align with Google's design language.

The role requires strong leadership abilities, with expectations to influence stakeholders, drive design strategies, and provide direction to other UX designers. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from user flows and wireframes to UI mockups and prototypes, ensuring solutions are inspired, refined, and magical.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $168,000-$252,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
