The position offers a competitive base salary range of $168,000-$252,000 plus additional compensation including bonus and equity.

  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other User Experience Researchers (UXR) to create industry-leading products
  • Explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research
  • Partner with Quantitative UX Research to deliver mixed-methods research
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations
  • Lead community and practice development for the Qualitative UXR Discipline within Search Ads

Requirements For Staff UX Researcher, SAGE, Google Ads

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar
  • Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.)
  • English proficiency
