Staff UX Researcher, Search

Google Search is seeking a Staff UX Researcher to help reimagine what it means to search for information across all platforms. This role is crucial in understanding user needs and behaviors through various research methodologies including field studies, interviews, usability testing, and more. You'll work within Google's User Experience (UX) team, a multi-disciplinary group comprising UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers.

As a Staff UX Researcher, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and levels to create industry-leading products that deliver value for users and Google's businesses. The position requires strong leadership skills to influence product development at all stages and drive research-based, user-centric solutions.
