Description For Supply Chain Program Manager, New Product Introduction

Google is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for New Product Introduction to join their Technical Infrastructure team. This role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, particularly in New Product Introduction (NPI). They will be responsible for driving material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds, partnering with cross-functional teams, and managing supply chain risks and mitigation plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving material and supply chain readiness for NPI builds
  • Identifying and managing supply chain risks
  • Updating project schedules and communicating status
  • Representing the NPI Supply Chain organization in internal meetings

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience. The preferred candidate will have 8 years of program management experience and 5 years in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, hardware development, and program management.
