Description For Supply Chain Program Manager, Physical Infrastructure

Google is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for their Physical Infrastructure team to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Responsibilities For Supply Chain Program Manager, Physical Infrastructure

  • Drive material and supply chain readiness for all New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept phase to production handoff
  • Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans
  • Act as the primary materials liaison with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM)/Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Suppliers
  • Develop and document global supply chain map for each product
  • Update project schedules, communicate status, risks and influence change

Requirements For Supply Chain Program Manager, Physical Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in supply chain operations, asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations preferred
  • Experience with Rack, Server, Advanced Cooling solution development
  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
