Responsibilities For System Engineer, Power and Performance

  • Perform power and performance analysis of Hardware Engineering IP, System System on a chip (SoC) and use cases to meet the goals
  • Perform workload analysis, modeling and system analysis for power, or performance and thermal
  • Develop, project, analyze, and debug pre-silicon and post-silicon application power/performance
  • Provide detailed documents for the proposed implementation
  • Provide detailed trade-off analysis for engineering reviews and product roadmap decisions

Requirements For System Engineer, Power and Performance

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or Computer Engineering (emphasis on computer architecture and performance analysis), or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in power or performance modeling or systems performance analysis
  • Experience with Software Development
  • Master's degree in Electronics, or Computer Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience with Android OS, or other equivalent Operating Systems (preferred)
  • Experience with programming languages (preferred)
