Google's Devices & Services team is seeking a System Level Test Engineer to join their innovative hardware development efforts. This role combines technical expertise in semiconductor testing with program management skills to ensure quality and reliability in Google's custom silicon initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of program management experience with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and testing. Responsibilities For System Level Test Engineer, Custom Silicon

  • Drive cross-functional efforts for technology and operational readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Develop and implement system-level test strategies and plans for new products
  • Oversee the execution of system-level tests, analyze test results, and identify and debug issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system-level test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports

Requirements For System Level Test Engineer, Custom Silicon

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering
  • Experience with data analysis using semiconductor yield management system
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Experience with SoC and PMIC productization
  • Understanding of SOC system-level test methodologies
