Responsibilities For Systems Development Engineer III

  • Perform day to day troubleshooting and resolution of Infrastructure issues
  • Respond to tickets/bugs within team-defined service-level objectives (SLOs)
  • Interact with internal development organizations
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content
  • Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations

Requirements For Systems Development Engineer III

Kubernetes
Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation
  • 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VLANs, Load Balancing, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
