Google is seeking a Tech Lead for Software Engineering with a focus on Black Community Inclusion. This role is part of Google's effort to promote diversity and inclusion in their workforce. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in data structures/algorithms, and 5 years of experience testing and launching software products. The role involves designing and developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users, working on large-scale distributed systems, APIs, Search Ranking systems, and ML systems. The Tech Lead will be responsible for managing individual and team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as collaborating on scalability issues. Google is looking for versatile engineers who can display leadership qualities and take on new challenges across the full-stack. The role requires fluency in both English and Portuguese.
