Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive customer success in adopting Google Cloud products. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, focusing on the Games, Media, and Entertainment industries. The TAM will lead organizations through their Google Cloud transformation journey, managing Cloud Consulting engagements and working with diverse stakeholder groups.

The position requires a strong technical foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, complemented by 2 years of customer-facing experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud operations, technical implementations, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, and cloud-native applications is essential.

As a TAM, you'll be responsible for accelerating customer adoption of Google Cloud, providing technical guidance, and managing implementation timelines. You'll serve as a customer advocate, developing strategic roadmaps and leading quarterly business reviews. The role involves collaboration with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success.
