Description For Technical Account Manager, Games, Media, and Entertainment Industries

  • Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers
  • Develop practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements
