This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, requiring 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles. As a TAM, you'll guide organizations through their Google Cloud transformation journey, working with products like Compute Engine, Vertex AI, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, and Workspace.

The position demands strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills, as you'll be interfacing with C-Suite executives and IT teams to develop strategic roadmaps and drive cloud adoption. Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders
  • Experience supporting customers in cloud operations
  • Experience collaborating across business units internally and at large enterprises
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers
  • Experience in the engineering field and customer-facing roles
  • Experience as a Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, Technical Account Manager or similar
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills
