Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to play a crucial role in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. This position combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, requiring 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles. The TAM will lead organizations through their Google Cloud transformation journey, managing Cloud Consulting engagements and working with various stakeholder groups.

The role demands a strong technical foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with extensive experience in cloud operations and technical implementations. You'll be responsible for accelerating customer adoption, providing technical guidance, and managing critical aspects of the implementation journey including timelines, milestones, and migration strategies.

As a TAM, you'll serve as a bridge between customers and Google Cloud, advocating for customer needs while driving feature development and maintaining project momentum. The position requires excellent communication skills, as you'll be developing relationships with stakeholders, leading quarterly business reviews, and conducting executive sessions.

Working from either San Francisco or Sunnyvale, you'll be part of Google Cloud's mission to accelerate digital transformation across industries. The role offers competitive compensation ($132,000-$196,000) plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
