The role requires an experienced professional with 8 years of customer-facing experience and a strong technical background. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding organizations through their Google Cloud transformation journey, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with deep knowledge of cloud operations, technical support, and IT consulting. You'll work with enterprise customers in either Chicago or New York City, leading implementation journeys, developing roadmaps, and advocating for customer needs.

Key responsibilities include accelerating customer adoption of Google Cloud, managing technical implementations, developing stakeholder relationships, and creating best practices based on customer engagements. You'll collaborate with various teams including Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success.

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business
