Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Korean)

  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goal, and business transformation strategies
  • Advocate for customer needs and motivate new feature development
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partner with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers
  • Develop assets based on learnings from customer engagements

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Korean)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting customers in cloud operations
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently
  • Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills
