Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to play a crucial role in helping customers adopt Google Cloud products. Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Korean)

  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals
  • Advocate for customer needs and overcome adoption blockers
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partner with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers
  • Develop assets based on learnings from customer engagements

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Korean)
