As a TAM, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to accelerate their cloud adoption journey, managing everything from technical implementations to strategic planning. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders, creating strategic roadmaps, and leading quarterly business reviews. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud operations, IT infrastructure, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technological solutions.
