Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Android Connectivity

  • Complete software development life-cycle from ideation to post-release
  • Collaborate with teams within Android and Google and partners to define, implement, and launch unified solutions
  • Develop and track release plans and oversee creation of new processes/tools
  • Advocate metrics and drive consistent adoption across the organization
  • Work with chipset vendors, carriers, device makers, and industry leaders to launch new features

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Android Connectivity

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management and stakeholder management
  • Program management experience in connectivity
  • Experience in metrics analysis and scripting
  • Familiarity with networking technologies like Bluetooth, Wifi or core networking stack
  • Experience working with global carriers and vendors in telecommunications industry
