- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment on program objectives and impact
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear phases, timelines, and risk assessments, while effectively managing cross-functional dependencies and program constraints
- Address unforeseen issues, adjust programs as needed, and navigate changing circumstances to maintain progress towards goals
- Communicate strategies for diverse audiences, including engineers and stakeholders, to ensure clear understanding and alignment
- Execute projects, manage budgets, resources, and team cadences, while continuously measuring performance and identifying areas for improvement

- 2 years of experience managing projects
- Experience managing stakeholders/reviewers and working with QA/Engineers to ensure requirements are met within deadlines
- Experience clarifying details on launch requirements and deadlines with other teams/stakeholders, requesting timeline extensions if needed, and upstream/downstream communication for any changes
