  • Drive alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables of related projects and teams, manage escalations and unblock obstacles
  • Manage risks, monitor and track progress, propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies
  • Measure and publish program and process metrics to drive consensus in teams understanding of issues
  • Demonstrate skills in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management
  • Lead engineering program management for innovative software development teams

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Capacity Planning

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management role
  • 8 years of experience with Software Product Life Cycle (PLC)
  • Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements
  • Experience managing projects in software engineering teams
  • Knowledge of project management
