Description For Technical Program Manager, Central Test Engineering

Google's Devices & Services team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex manufacturing test operations. This role combines technical expertise with program management to ensure high-quality product development and manufacturing. The position involves managing factory test stations, developing test strategies, and optimizing processes across production lines. You'll work closely with Contract Manufacturers and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet Google's high standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical background with at least 5 years of program management experience, particularly in manufacturing test environments. You'll be responsible for managing operations from initial build through to ramp, leading test readiness, risk management, and cross-functional communication. Experience with hardware test debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis is crucial.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
