Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Configuration Engineering

  • Establish a regular cadence for team meetings, communications, and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders including the executive leadership
  • Solve problems, manage risks, identify process bottlenecks, and focus team resources on the critical path
  • Measure the baseline process performance, establish new metrics, and build dashboards
  • Reduce the process cycle time and prevent delays to New Product Introduction (NPI) time to market
  • Act as a liaison to provide feedback to functional process owners and project teams
  • Create and execute project plans to onboard new product launches and track deliverables across functional organizations

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Configuration Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing roles with systems, tools, data, and process engineering
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Metrics Dashboards, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization tools
  • Experience with master data, data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • Experience with NPI teams developing hardware products
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
