Description For Technical Program Manager, Customer Network Solutions

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in the Customer Network Solutions space. This role combines technical expertise with program management to drive critical initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of customer needs and technical solutions, managing large-scale networking projects while collaborating with globally distributed teams.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and addressing key customer challenges, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise network engineering products. You'll work closely with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and various stakeholders to implement efficient network services through automation and software programs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within the technology industry, in the networking space
  • Experience working in the networking industry
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for driving customer success and delivering exceptional customer experiences
