Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Data Center Efficiency

  • Lead projects to develop and deploy Data Center system efficiency and optimization efforts across the Google Data Centers using Software Actuation, Tooling, data analytics, and statistical regression
  • Advocate for up/downstream projects across Technical Infrastructure to manage Data Center capacity build plans, Operations, Software Services
  • Run multiple projects from inception through completion using the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) process
  • Deliver consistent business case analysis that aligns with Market Requirement Doc
  • Align with the overall Google Power Resource Efficiency initiatives and portfolio

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Data Center Efficiency

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or technical project management
  • Experience working in a matrix driven organization with dual focus on engineering excellence and on product execution
  • Experience in data center compute and system infrastructure development
  • Knowledge of Data Center Operational and Lifecycle Management
