Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Data Center Supply Planning to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.   • Act as a thought leader within Google and the industry on the subject matter domain of the respective organization
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management
  • Deliver measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity
  • Act as a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots
  • Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Data Center Supply Planning

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in program management
  • 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports
  • 5 years of experience working with data models, including mixed integer programming and Monte Carlo scenarios
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects (preferred)
  • 7 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
