Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Endpoint Security
- Develop and execute program charters, plans, and timelines
- Implement project management tools and methodologies for effective execution, setting priorities, tracking progress, and managing dependencies
- Set up regular execution rhythms such as weekly status meetings and monthly progress reviews
- Create a communication strategy, establish necessary communication channels, and oversee communication to bring visibility to teams, executives, and stakeholders
- Drive the execution of the cross-functional program and key decisions to keep the program on track
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Endpoint Security
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program/project management
- Experience working with teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with program management fundamentals (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management)
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
