Google's Geo team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead their Geo Data Escalations efforts. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Geo Data Escalations

  • Drive forensic root cause analysis of abuse attacks and design processes to optimize incident investigations
  • Produce reports and communications to enable partner teams to develop mitigation plans
  • Drive risk mitigation programs for significant events
  • Act as an Incident Manager to contain abuse attacks/unplanned events
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Geo Data Escalations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience managing projects
  • Experience in Analytics, SQL, Project Management, Incident Management, Vendor Management and Communication
  • Experience in computer security industry preferred
  • Experience in abuse fighting or security domain and Incident or Crisis Management protocol preferred
  • Experience with Geo data management with leading cross-functional project teams preferred
  • Experience with life-cycle management in fluid software environment preferred
  • Technical decision-making skills for software engineering issues
