Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for their Google Messages team to drive user engagement and product development.   • Design and manage growth-focused programs: Support product expansion and feature launches
  • Drive operational and process improvements to increase product velocity and quality
  • Lead with data: Analyze data to drive project direction
  • Contribute with technical solutions to automation, dash boarding, reporting
  • Become a product expert: Develop deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
  • Execution and oversight: Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies
  • Create insightful communications: Craft clear communications that synthesize progress, risks, and mitigations

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Google Messages, Consumer Messaging

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience in establish systems for continuous program improvement through metrics and analysis
  • 5 years of experience in data-driven program management, including independent data collection, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience with TelCo, first- or third-party ecosystems, or engineering productivity
  • Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies
  • Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks
