- Design and manage growth-focused programs: Support product expansion and feature launches
- Drive operational and process improvements to increase product velocity and quality
- Lead with data: Analyze data to drive project direction
- Contribute with technical solutions to automation, dash boarding, reporting
- Become a product expert: Develop deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Execution and oversight: Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies
- Create insightful communications: Craft clear communications that synthesize progress, risks, and mitigations
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Google Messages, Consumer Messaging
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- 5 years of experience in establish systems for continuous program improvement through metrics and analysis
- 5 years of experience in data-driven program management, including independent data collection, tracking, and reporting
- Experience with TelCo, first- or third-party ecosystems, or engineering productivity
- Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies
- Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks
