Technical Program Manager I, Data Center Compliance

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager I for Data Center Compliance to join their team. This role is crucial in developing a culture where security, risk, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google's operations. The position involves managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on audit compliance and risk management in Google's data centers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll use your technical expertise to lead projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners. You'll need to be comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to executives while discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.

The role requires partnering with Data Center teams to ensure program alignment with audit/compliance expectations, coordinating on-site audits, and driving the development of the Data Center compliance program. You'll be responsible for enhancing processes and creating documentation to support compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of program management experience, knowledge of audit compliance and risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Experience in scaled program management, change management, and communication strategy is preferred.
