Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager II, Chrome Accessibility

  • Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams, and the quality of product launches
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch
  • Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities
  • Deliver transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed
  • Leverage an understanding of feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes

Requirements For Technical Program Manager II, Chrome Accessibility

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers or researchers
  • Experience with developing for the open web, including web standards bodies and Chromium
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and changing conditions
  • Ability to drive accountability and ownership
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and influencing skills
