  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Proficiency in SQL

Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager II, Data Analytics, Site Reliability

  • Work with engineers, technical program managers, and senior stakeholders across ACPH and various Ads organizations to develop velocity around data gathering, data quality improvements, reporting, proliferation of incident management best practices, and keeping Ads systems running reliably
  • Develop and present executive-level reports and presentations leveraging data insights and expertise in Google incident management
  • Perform in-depth analysis to gain insights and make recommendations for future improvements in production systems and programs
  • Collaborate across multiple Google product areas, designing and integrating tooling and processes used for identifying and diagnosing production health incidents, and develop best practices for mitigation and prevention

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Experience with SQL
