Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager II, Process Engineering, Google Cloud

  • Conduct technical process definition and analysis sessions with business subject matter experts and evaluate scoping of NPIs impacting their domain
  • Understand the intent, scope, tasks, and task owners of each process in their domain
  • Determine how and where new tooling should be applied in existing workflows and works through the business logic (inputs/outputs)
  • Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders, and collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries
  • Identify and assess continuous improvement opportunities via qualitative feedback and process data to drive informed decision-making, participate in testing of the process, and apply lessons learned to the task definition
